Bojan Stanković (b. 1983), graduated from the Music School Niš, the Faculty of Music of the University of Niš where he earned both BA and MA Degrees in Music Theory. In 2011, he graduated from the Faculty of Music in Skopje, Macedonia where he received an MA in Music Harmony. Stanković actively works as a composer, music arranger, and teacher. In his artistic and research work, Stanković explores music that stems from mediaeval to modern. He is especially focused on collecting folk melodies that serve as inspiration for original works for Stanković himself and other music groups as well. Stanković’s Master Thesis explores the works of XX century Serbian composers. Stanković was an active member of the SKC Academy Choir as well as the Branko Church Choir from Niš. Currently, he is a member, composer and singer of the male singing group Constantine also from Niš. His compositions and arrangements were performed in Serbia and internationally including Republika Srpska, Montenegro, Greece, Russia, Poland, Italy, England, Bulgaria, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Romania, Israel and the USA.
